The quarter season training rotation, for Tuesday sessions will be as follows:
Q1 5th Sept to 24th Oct 19.15 Women, 20.30 Men.
Q2 31st Oct to 19th Dec 19.15 Men, 20.30 Women.
Q3 2nd Jan to 13th Feb 19.15 Women, 20.30 Men.
Q4 20th Feb to 26th Mar 19.15 Men, 20.30 Women.
