And it was Buckner who staked Saxons intentions early on rattling the post in the fifth minute during another impressive opening quarter.
Minutes later Vaghela opened the scoring on his debut tapping in after great work from midfield maestro Rob Mercer.

Buckner then grabbed the second, skipping into the D before smashing a shot home from eight yards out.

In the second half Saxons pressed for more but had to wait until 55” when Cornelius fired home after another quick break out from defence.

The visitors earned a consolation goal from a well-struck short corner on the hour mark.
