The club needs umpires. Team captains are asked to put forward at least two names for umpire training. So if you are interested please speak with your captain or our umpire co-ordinator John Gale.

Online courses (Age 14 to Adult) for Level 1 (Unassisted) umpire can be booked on the EHB website at a cost of just £30. Courses are available throughout November/December 2024. This cost will be reimbursed by the club if the newly qualified umpire agrees to umpire at least two club games in the season.

The club will also arrange for you to become L1 assessed after the course is completed.
