Summer Mixed Hockey Training and Back-to-Hockey.

Starts with a 30 minute fitness session from 19.00hrs. Then training on the Astro from 19.30hrs to 20.30hrs.

These sessions will be open to Men and Women of all standards and abilities, including those new and returning to hockey. Cost £3.00 per session.
